Plan Terms & Conditions

Commitment Period

For our Basic, Essentials, and Premium packages, a standard 2-year commitment applies. This allows us to invest properly in your setup, strategy, and long-term results.

Ownership & Transfer

We operate on a "Client Owns Everything" principle. Even during the contract:

• The website, domain, and marketing materials always remain your property.
• After the 2-year term, full control is transferred to you if you choose to leave.
• If you cancel, we will ensure a smooth handover. We can transfer the files to a new party of your choice, or send all source files and login credentials directly to you.
• Note that active services (hosting, maintenance, marketing) will stop completely upon cancellation.

Renewal & Termination

After the initial 2-year period, the contract automatically converts to an annual renewal.

• Standard notice periods apply as per Dutch law and our general terms.
• You are free to continue with us on a flexible basis or take your assets elsewhere.
